From the President
Thanks everyone for your flexibility last week! The makeup uniform night, the Coupon Book pickup, and the highlight of the season so far for the students - the Wando Band night were tremendous successes! The Wando Band put on quite a show for our budding musicians, giving them a taste of what's possible and something to start striving toward. One of my favorite weeks of the year is the one before us - CONCERT WEEK! The 7th and 8th-gradebands have been working overtime to get ready for tomorrow's concert - I can personally guarantee you will enjoy Tuesday's concert, or we'll refund your admission! (Okay, I confess…admission is FREE!) Have a great week everyone, and I'll see you at the Halloween Concert!
7th Grade Band Early Morning Rehearsal -

The 7th Grade Band has their next early morning rehearsal on TUESDAY, October 25th at 7:15 AM. Attendance is mandatory. Band Room opens at 7:00.
Halloween Concert! 7th/8th-Grade Bands - Tuesday, October 25Th, 7 PM
Costumes are permitted (and encouraged), but please NO MASKS (and probably no clowns please). Any siblings not in the band that wear costumes might get some candy from our 6th-grade band helpers! Call time (report time) for students is 6:30 PM sharp! (Note the earlier report time - previous FTBRs and your Calendar reflect a 6:45 report time. That is now 6:30). The concert starts at 7:00 PM. PERCUSSIONISTS: please report at 6:15 to move and setup.
Food Truck Rodeo For Park West Campus Schools!
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25th, 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Cario. Proceeds go to support Laurel Hill Primary, Pinckney Elementary, and Cario Middle School! It's a veritable 'dinner and a show' at Cario Tuesday night!
Concert Crew
If you're able to help with the concert crew, please arrive at 6:15 to help percussion move and set up their equipment, as well as a small sound system for announcements. After the concert, everything goes back to the band room, so please lend a hand if you are willing and able!
Going Mobile
We are ALMOST ready to launch our new online fee payment system through Charms. Soon you will be able to pay Fair Share Fees and Travel payments online safely and securely through Charms. Please stay tuned for those announcements.
