From the Directors
A few reminders for the students… Practice, Practice, Practice (and I’m not referring to the Allen Iverson Youtube video—if you haven’t seen it, you should take the time to do so). Students should be practicing each week and completing the Practice Charts. These are due each week and are a major part of the grades.
SmartMusic Assignments are beginning to be due….make sure your students remember to complete the work.
There is an Early Release day this Wednesday---Lessons Academy will be cancelled on this day but the Tuesday session will continue as scheduled

Fundraising
We need volunteers who can assist in writing Thank You notes for those who sent in donations for the Letter Writing Campaign. If you are available, please email fundraising@cariobands.org
Uniform Night
Thank you to all who were able to get their uniforms this week…and a special shout out to those who were able to volunteer (Team Work makes the Dream Work!!). We still have 6th grade students who have not turned in their packets with their shirt size (about 45). We need these ASAP so we can order T-shirts and Polo Shirts. Also, any 7th and 8th graders who have outgrown their t-shirts can request a new one at uniforms@cariobands.org
