Smart Music activation information has been sent home. Please get your smart music account set up by September 28th.
Reminder: Practice charts are due every Friday with a minimum requirement of 4 nights of 30 minutes each. Totalof 120 minutes. Please make sure the student first and last name are on the chart!
From the President
I apologize for the last minute reschedule last week, but anyone who is interested in getting involved with band is invited to attend our Band Booster Interest Meeting tomorrow night at 6:30 PM. These positions range in time commitments so there is something for everyone. Currently we are trying to fill our successor (aka shadow) positions which gives you this year to work alongside the current committee chair to learn about the position. The successor positions open are: Corporate Sponsorship, Fundraising, Community Service, Uniforms, Trip Coordinator, PR, and Photography.
Uniform Night
If you are available to volunteer for either of the uniform nights, we are still in need of some volunteers.

Fundraising
SaveAround Coupon Book fundraiser ends this Wednesday.
Return your order on Wednesday during class or during uniform night (see below for times)
Review attached instruction letter for a checklist of all items due
Make sure your name is on all forms
All sample books must be paid for or returned no later than Wednesday
All sales incentives (free books, t-shirts and hoodies) will be distributed in October with your order

MONDAY 9/23:
6:30-7:00 PM - Booster Interest Meeting (New or existing parents who would like to be on the booster committee. You will then stay for our regular Booster meeting from 7:00-8:00).
7:00-8:00 PM - Booster Meeting (Booster Members Only).
TUESDAY 9/24:
4:00-7:00 PM - Uniform Night for 7th and 8th graders outside Cario Band Room.
5:30-6:30 PM - First chance to return SaveAround Coupon Book orders, money, and/or unsold sample books.
Wednesday 9/25:
During Class - 2nd chance to return SaveAround Coupon Book orders, money, and/or unsold sample
4:00-7:00 PM - Uniform Makeup Night for 7th and 8th graders outside Cario Band Room.
5:00-6:00 PM - LAST CHANCE to return SaveAround Coupon Book orders, money, and/or unsold sample.
SATURDAY 9/28:
8:00-10:00 AM - New Member Breakfast at Burtons.
TUESDAY 10/29:
7:00 PM 7th and 8th Grade Halloween Concert (outside concert opportunity for 6th grade)
