Mr. Scott would like all 7th and 8th grade students to make sure they are practicing and preparing for their chair tests on 12/5.
Smart Music accounts should all be setup by now. Remember practice charts are due every Friday with a minimum requirement of 4 nights of 30 minutes each. Total of 120 minutes. Please make sure the student first and last name are on the chart!

Thank you to all the 6th grade students and families who came out to the Welcome Breakfast and to all the 8th graders for their wonderful job serving, busing tables, and visiting with all of the 6th graders! It's such a special event!

Mark your calendars for our 1st Annual Band Member scavenger hunt happening on Friday, 11/1 after school. More information to come!
The band boosters is still looking to fill a few more positions. These positions range in time commitments so there is something for everyone. Currently we are trying to fill our successor (aka shadow) positions which gives you this year to work alongside the current committee chair to learn about the position. The successor positions open are: Treasurer, Corporate Sponsorship, Fundraising, Uniforms, Trip Coordinator, and Photography.
Coupon books are overdue. If you have not turned in your order forms and money along with any unsold coupon books, please do so ASAP. We are still missing about 35 books. If your child did not sell coupon books they either needto return the book or return $25 to pay for the book.
The Pie fundraiser is just around the corner! Pie Sales packets will go home Friday 10/18 and they will be due back with money Friday 11/1. This fundraiser benefits the students personal account. Pie order pickup will be Wednesday, 11/20.
